[HCRA] Deadline for Zero Beat

Just a quick reminder that the cutoff for submissions for Zero Beat is 
the 15th of the month unless prior arrangements have been made. If you 
have something your working on just let me know so I can make room for 
it. The more submissions by members the better our club newletter will be.
