[HCRA] Live FoxHunt Tomorrow Morning

10 am tomorrow (Sunday the 31st) morning will start the Halloween FoxHunt.

The fox must be within 10 air miles of the starting point. The fox also
must be on public property and in a safe location where walk up is easy. No
dangerous landscape to negotiate!

Hunting frequency is the input to the KB1AEV 146.715 repeater (used to be
the W1BR repeater). PL 100.0 Hunt on the input of 146.115

Everyone is invited to participate. You do not have to be a HCRA member.

Home stations are invited to listen on the input and provide their reading
based on what, if anything they can hear. Please provide your call, Qth to
the nearest landmark or area and how well you can hear the fox. Also
mention what type of antenna you are using.

Home stations, if you have a beam or directional antenna, please tell us
mobile hunters where you are and what direction you pick up the strongest
signal.

Mobile hunters are asked to share their directions so everyone listening
can enjoy the fun!

Starting point is the back parking lot of the Holyoke Mall near Whitney Ave.

The fox is Chris; W1TRK

The fox will transmit 1 minute out of every 5 minutes and provide a one
minute warning before his xmission.

There is a 2 hour time limit.

Costumes are optional.
