[HCRA] New England Division Director Election Results

I'm sure it is. Several ballot-counting sessions took place at HQ during my
tenure there. These are closely monitored by an outside (i.e., non-ARRL)
auditor with no affiliation to any candidate to make sure the counting goes
according to ARRL's rules and that the results are accurate. Suffice it to
say, numerous other safeguards are in place. To find errors that would
overcome a 93-vote difference between the top two candidates would be
unthinkable, IMO. In my some 25 years associated with ARRL, I have never
even heard of a Director/Vice Director election being disputed.
