[HCRA] March Zero Beat Available

I can't believe we are  20ish emails deep about this. How about the fact we
should be grateful that people take time out of their busy schedules and
VOLUNTEER to even put out the newsletter. It is available in several spots.
Just pick the one that works for you and say thank you to the members who
make Zero Beat possible.
