Back when Frandy and I did the newsletter, we would upload to the website first, then post a link on facebook, and send the link out via the reflector.

I agree. Each person can choose how they want to access the newsletter. It
is how its been done in the past. We should not shun social media, but
should not forget not everyone uses social media.
