[HCRA] HCRA Field Day 2021

Good day and I hope everyone is ready for Field Day 2021.

Here are a few reminders so that everybody has a wonderful, safe and fun 
Field Day this weekend.

Field Day 2021 is held on June 25th - June 27th, beginning with setup 
Friday at 1pm through Sunday, tear-down is usually completed by 4 pm. 
Field Day hours are 1800 UTC Saturday and ending at 2059 UTC Sunday.

Note: All Volunteers must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19! If 
you’re not vaccinated please stay home and operate. This is for your 
safety and the safety of other participants! Mask's are optional, that 
is your choice.

If you will be operating from home please be sure to add, Hampden County 
Radio Association as the club to credit your scores to. (MUST be spelled 
out fully). Even if you can’t be there you can still support your club!

If you want to operate and have your Covid vaccinations contact Larry 
at: w1ast at arrl.net and you will be given a time slot.
Remember, if you will be operating from home be sure to add Hampden 
County Radio Association as the club to credit your scores to.

Bring your fox hunting gear as there will be two fox boxes hidden 
somewhere at the park!

Don't forget the HCRA raffle for anyone who works more than 2 hours for 
setup, tear down or operation. The raffle prize is a Yaesu FT-4XR dual 
band HT. No purchase needed. Your work time is your entry. You must be 
working FD at the park or those who helped with the trailer inventory 
are already entered.
