[HCRA] Attention: Hams in New England, this pertains to you:

[Larry Krainson]

1. Fred Hopengarten took over seven months to recommend to the president a
replacement for the vacancy of Vice Director.
2. He still has not appointed a new Contest Advisory Committee
representative for New
England to fill the vacancy created by Dennis Egan, W1UE's resignation
at the beginning of this year.  6 months ago.
3. He has appointed to date only one Assistant Director (he essentially has
NO cabinet).
4. He had ample opportunity upon being elected to get a division website
started.
5. He's not an action guy. He's just sitting in position, not doing much.
