[HCRA] Silent Key - Irv, W6IS

It is with great sadness that I inform you that Irv Slitzky, W6IS is a
silent key.

Irv was instrumental in revitalizing the HCRA when it was failing a number
of years ago. He brought the club back to life and we owe it's current
existence to Irv and his work.

While he had not been active in the club for a number of years, he will
still be remembered by many of us.
