[HCRA] FCARC Seeking Volunteers for Green River Marathon

Franklin County Amateur Radio Club (FCARC) is seeking volunteers to 
provide course communications for the upcoming 2021 New England Green 
River Marathon being held Sunday, Aug 29th.

The race begins at 7 a.m. from Marlboro College, VT to Greenfield 
Community College, MA following the picturesque Green River. The course 
should be clear by 1:30 p.m. There is no cell coverage for most of this 
route presenting a real need for amateur radio. Please check out this

repeater, your assistance would be greatly appreciated by the sponsors,
