Yeah, and the Fed. /REQUIRES that we know this stuff, and COMPLY, _but_ 
/they make it impossible to get access to the information to learn about 
it.  And why a 100-participant limit anyway?  It should not matter at 
all – it could be a 10,000-participant limit!  Just dumb, I.M.H.O.
