I hope all is well with you and your family during these difficult times.

As you may or may not be aware, the FCC has recently changed its rules
regarding amateur radio compliance with RF Safety Rules. It's an
important subject, and all amateurs should be aware of what they need
to do in order to comply.

Dan Brown, W1DAN, ARRL's Technical Coordinator for EMA, will explain
via Zoom what this means and entertain a discussion about it. This
