[HCRA] Public Service Opportunity with the Scantic Spring Splash

Attention those interested in doing some fun public service communications!

Knut, N1ATP is looking for volunteers for Saturday, March 28th, 2020.

The Scantic Spring Splash is a canoe and kayak race down the Scantic River
in Somers, CT. It's always fun, especially where there are rapids.

Knut is looking for hams with 440 HT's. You can put your dual band HT to
good use! Or if you have a setup with a mobile and a long life battery,
this will work too.
