[HCRA] Field Day food

Good Morning All,

While the club is providing burgers and dogs for Saturday night of Field
Day, we need two things from you all.

1. Will you be at the Field Day dinner? We need to know how much food to
purchase! Email me your name, call and how many in your party to
w1ast at arrl.net

2. What will you bring to share with everyone?

Suggestions of what we need:

- Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew cases for the workers - cans or small
bottles perfect size
- Cases of water/flavored water
- Cases of Powerade/Gatorade
- Chips and crunchy munchies to go with the dinner and for the ops to munch
on during the event
- Salads - all types welcome
- Fruit (apples great finger food - not more than 2 bags)
- cookies & other snacks
- A field Day cake possibly?
- Sturdy paper plates
- plastic silverware consisting of forks, knives spoons
- Rolls of half sheet paper towels (6 rolls suggested as the half sheets
make great napkins)
- Coffer and Coffee maker plus whatever you need with it
- Home made food very welcome! Tell me what.
- Other? Make a suggestion
