[HCRA] Free Amateur Radio Exams Coming Up!

Hello,

Just letting you know that the Pioneer Valley VE Team will be hosting a
couple FREE amateur radio examinations. Anyone is welcome to attend and we
will be testing for all licenses (tech, general and extra).

The first exam will follow the HCRA's Technician License Course on Tuesday,
February 26th at the Holyoke Medical Center's Auxiliary Conference Center
(same place as our meetings). Doors will open at 7pm.

The next exam will be at the MTARA's annual Hamfest on Saturday, March 9th
at the Castle Of Knights located at 1599 Memorial Drive in Chicopee MA. The
exam will start at 10am.

Like with all PVVET examinations, we ask that candidates obtain a FCC
Registration Number (FRN) and pre-register at our website. Both which can
be done easily at our website and only takes a minute or two to fill out.
Sorry, we don't accept Social Security Numbers at PVVET sessions.

If you are anyone you know is interested in obtaining or upgrading their
FCC amateur radio license, please let them know about the FREE examinations
coming up. We also host examinations throughout the year.
