The Hampden County Radio Association provides “pooling” of outgoing QSL
cards as a benefit to members, who are also members of the ARRL, and who
wish to send their DX cards through the ARRL’s Outgoing QSL Service. The
submission form and instructions are attached and QSL cards can be dropped
off at our regular meetings or to Paul Kelliher, NF1G (address and contact
information is on form).

INSTRUCTIONS:

   1.

Complete this form in its entirety and include the first page with your
   cards.
   2.

Please sort your card in accordance with the ARRL Outgoing QSL Service
rules. (See ARRL website for instructions).
   3.

Only include cards for countries with Incoming QSL Bureaus. The ARRL
website also includes a current list of those countries which do NOT
   have an incoming bureau.
   4.

If your QSO contact uses a QSL Manager (often the case if the country
does not have a bureau) please indicate the manager on the same side as the
QSO information, preferably in the upper left corner and the word “VIA”
followed by the manager callsign. Then, sort the card by the QSL manager’s
   country.
   5.

Finally, consult a site such as QRZ.com for QSL instructions. You may
find the station states “No Bureau” particularly if they do not belong to
their country’s amateur radio society or group that runs their bureau. In
these cases, they may never receive your card.
