[HCRA] September Meeting Speaker & Subject Change

Our September speaker from the Vintage Communications Museum told me today
that he had spinal surgery and is stuck home recovering and therefore would
not be able to do the September meeting.

Instead, the HCRA will have Najm, AB1ZA who will do a presentation on SDR
(software defined radio) using GNUradio an open source software package.
Najm will show how to build an FM receiver and in the process give a
tutorial on how to use the software and explain how frequency selection,
shifting, filtering, demodulation is done to produce the final audio.
