[HCRA] MTARA Hamfest This Weekend / VE Session at Hamfest

Just letting you know that the MTARA hamfest is this Saturday (March 10th)
at the Castle Of Knights on Memorial Drive in Chicopee MA. Please support
your local clubs by attending. Hopefully the HCRA FT-891 & ATAS combo will
be raffled off at the hamfest.

There will be lots of vendors, door prizes and food!

Doors open at 8:30am and cost is $5 a person (kids under 12 free)

The Pioneer Valley VE Team (PVVET) will be hosting an amateur radio
examination at the MTARA Hamfest.

This exam will be free of charge. The PVVET asks that applicants
pre-register at their website. All applicants must have a valid FCC
registration number (FRN) prior to the exam. The PVVET will not accept
social security numbers.
