[HCRA] Meeting This Friday / Raffle Poll

Hello All,

Just writing to inform you that there will be a meeting this Friday at the
Holyoke Medical Center's auxiliary conference center. This meeting is
important because we will be holding elections and we will have a
presentation on Field Day. This will also be the last meeting before summer
break.

Our swap and sell table will be in full force. If you have any items you
wish to sell, please bring them along and see either George (KC1V) or Paul
(NF1G).

As mentioned at the last meeting, HCRA is looking at items for the next
raffle. We waited until after the hamvention to make sure we didn't pass up
on anything that may have been new, exciting and within our budget.
Unfortunately, there was nothing that was in our range. The directors have
narrowed it down to three possible options. We ask that you help decide
what the next item will be. We setup a poll on our website that will allow
you to vote for what you would think would sell the most tickets.

Field Day is just around the corner. Please help HCRA and volunteer with
either setup, operating, tear down, or a combination of them all. The more
hands on deck will make for an easier Field Day
