Good Evening Everyone,

Septembers Zero Beat is now live on hcra.org.

I am looking for a couple of members to help with Zero Beat. I would
like someone to help put together a more complete calendar of events.
That would include, among other things, contests, hamfests, nets, local
club meetings, and events of special interest to amateur radio.

I am also looking for any member who would like to write a monthly or
bi-monthly column on any subject involving amateur radio.

Can Home Solar Power and Ham Radio Coexists?

Tony, K1KP will present a talk based on his recent QST article, 'Can
Home Solar Power and Ham Radio Coexists'? In his talk, Tony will
describe how modern solar power systems work, and why they can
potentially cause radio interference to nearby hams. Tony will give a
basic overview of the general RFI situation, explaining why his
mitigation techniques can be effective. The techniques presented can be
extended to other RFI situations.
