[HCRA] Help needed with Friday's (Feb 7) meeting

We're looking for a few volunteers to help out tomorrow night at the HCRA
meeting.

Specifically we're hoping to get a few people to arrive early. One or two
could stand outside the entrance to the auditorium and direct attendees to
the South 4 conference room in the main hospital.

Another few could stay in the lobby and/or B/C elevators in the main
hospital to direct people to the South 4 room on the 4th floor.

Both jobs are inside jobs, no need to stand out in the cold.

So - who's up for giving us a hand?
