Dave,

One of the things that you fail to mention is that you took possesion of
HCRA historical Zero Beats from members that thought you were organizing
them for the club, not "your personal collection" and scanning them to pdf
format to someday be made available on cd or dvd or other media to the
general members of the club.

I know of at least two other members in the past 15 years that have
volunteered to do this scanning but you have said you can handle this "for
the HCRA" and with out help from others.

So what I and many others in the club would like to know is:

1. When did this become your sole possesion and not property of the HCRA?
2. When did your volunteering as HCRA Historian become "Dave's Personal
Collection" and no one elses?
3. Why are you being so selfish with Club Property? What happened to "being
a volunteer in the INTEREST of the club" and not yourself?
4. For people that handed you club historical items in the name of the club,
did you tell them it was "for your personal collection" and not the club?

Why have you become so selfish?

I find your recolection of the issues skewed to create a story to make the
HCRA look bad and you look innocent. Where the opposite is true.

When Ed, KB1NWH volunteered to store and organzie the Field Day supplies,
those supplies DID NOT BECOME HIS. He is just storing, organizing and using
them PROPERLY for the club. AS you should be with the HCRA historical
archives.

I am,

ex HCRA board member, still an active ham and HCRA member for many years.
