[HCRA] n1ta cluster node down

Hello everyone,
  My dx cluster node is down for today (and possibly tomorrow).  I've
written a rtty skimmer (similar to cw skimmer by ve3nea), and the volume
of spots from my rtty skimmer and the cw skimmer I already had running
are just dragging down the server.  I'll be putting in a bigger server
today with a larger battery backup.  I expect it to be back on the air
either tonight or early tomorrow.
