Hello All,

I have a radio for sale with a bunch of matching accessories. I just priced it out at HRO and new would come to a little under $1650.

All are in excellent condition, have full manuals, original boxes and are in working order. I take care of my gear!

Here's what I have:

  a.. Yaesu FT-897 (not the D model) - 100w all band, all mode hf-6m, general coverage plus VHF and UHF at 50w. Power is adjustable from 5 watts on up.
  b.. Matching Internal power supply FP-30 (you can run ac or 12v dc by unplugging a cable quickly)
  c.. LDG AT-897 Plus auto tuner and tuner control cable - tunes HF to 6m and antennas that the yaesu tuner won't tune
  d.. 300 hz CW filter
  e.. Nifty mini manual
  f.. Rig Expert controller cable
  g.. Yaesu Remote Control microphone - control the radio from the mic including frequency entry and lots more
This radio is packable and travels easily. Whether on a table, picnic table, mobile or camping it does it all. It is the desktop/packable version of the 857 mobile rig but with bigger controls and more features and accessories.

This is an excellent starter radio for a new ham or additional rig for any ham or main/only rig for anyone. It fits all bills. It does all modes, all bands HF thru 440 UHF. Technician Class can get on 10m and VHF/UHF. General and above have access to all bands.
