[HCRA] QRS CW Practice

I'm still slow on my code (only 5-7wpm copy) but working on it...just a
few QSOs under the belt.  So, if anyone has the patience to sked a QRS
QSO on 40 meters with me and give me both practice and feedback on the
basics (etiquette, etc.) I'd sure appreciate it.  But, do expect to have
to drop back in speed and repeat once in a while.
