[HCRA] D-Star Presentation Tonight - going on as scheduled

No foolin', we won't allow a little April Fool's Snowstorm to stop us,
right?

The storm is moving on out, accumulations are slight and W1QA has a great
D-Star presentation for us this evening. Learn all about the new digital
mode for VHF communication, have some fun sharing 'snow stories' with your
friends, partake of some snacks and beverages and of course pick up a ticket
for the Honda Generator raffle. All this and more tonight at the HCRA April
