Hey-17 phone is open from the Baltic to the Persian Gulf. Just worked
Croatia 9A2CD, Slovenia OM5DP, Greece SV2CXI, Kuwait 9K2YM, France F4GBU
with 100 wts on a B&W 90 dipole.
