[HCRA] Auction coming soon - donations needed!

Hey folks,

Our annual auction is just around the corner, November 5th to be exact.

As usual we're looking for donations of all kinds to help out the auction
effort. Not only do they help the clubs bottom line but they really spice up
the deals for the buyers too.

So, have anything to donate? Just bring it down on November 5th and we will
gladly take it off your hands. Know of someone that may have items of
interest for the auction but isn't a ham? Give us their contact information
and we will get in touch with them AND pick up too. The same pick up deal
goes for everyone. If you have items to donate but won't be able to make the
auction we can still make it work.

So get the word out, talk to some of your co-workers and lets see if we can
get a great pile of super deals for this year's auction.

The only thing we ask it the items be electronic or amateur radio related.
Unfortunately although computers are electronic we won't be accepting
computers/printers/monitors. Experience has taught us they simply don't
sell.

Admission is free for everyone, we will have a great raffle prize, the
Venture Crew will be running a food concession with hot dogs, soda, coffee
and other snacks, we offer help carrying in and out and most of all you're
guaranteed to have a fantastic evening.
