[HCRA] Meeting tonight (and your last chance to win an HT for free)!

Hi folks,

The weather isn't anything great, so why not enjoy your evening with your
friends from HCRA. Our October meeting is tonight and features Tom
Homewood/W1TO. Tom will be covering the W1QSL bureau (the 'buro'), amateur
radio events and contesting. Tom is also the area manager for YCCC and you
can join that venerable organization tonight too (if you're so inclined).

We will also be passing the hat for a memorial donation in honor of Jim
Whitehouse/K1JAW. As you're probably aware Jim left us suddenly and far too
soon just last week. All monies collected will be donated in his name to the
ARRL Foundation.

Have you renewed your HCRA membership yet? If not tonight is your last
chance to get your renewal in time to be eligible to win a Yaesu FT-270R HT,
just for joining HCRA. You know you're going to renew anyway, why not do it
tonight and maybe go home with a nice prize too!
