[HCRA] 2010 Holiday Party

Hey party goers!

The winter holidays are rapidly approaching and HCRA has booked the entire Steaming 

Tender Restaurant in Palmer, MA. on December 6th to celebrate the holidays in style - - -

and, what we really need to make this year's party truly a success is you. 



The reminder postcards have been mailed and should arrive in your mailbox within

the next day or so.. If you're planning to attend (and I hope you are). please take the 

time to fill out your reminder card and return it to HCRA along with your check for

$15 for each person attending. The information submitted on these cards is crucial to 

the final stage of party planning, so, please return them in a timely manner. 



 In addition to the fine holiday fare and spirits there are a few surprises in 

store for you. There's one that Jim, KK1W, has already let out of the bag.- - - we 

have, through the generosity of Lentini Communications and the efforts of Larry, WB1DBY, 

a donation of a dual band HT that will be raffled off at the party. Your party ticket will be 

automatically entered in the raffle. Mum's the word on the remaining surprises;

you'll just have to be there on December 6th to find out.
