[HCRA] Field Day Dinner Reservations

Hey folks,

 

Have you heard, Field Day is this weekend! And the weather is supposed to be
fine, how cool is that?

 

Just in case you missed it HCRA will be providing Saturday afternoon dinner
and Sunday breakfast and lunch for every member (and one guest) this year.
And no, you don't even have to do anything to earn your meal. Just show up
and eat, can it get any simpler?

 

Of course once you're there it will be very hard not to take a turn at some
of the stations, shoot the bull with some fellow hams and catch up on old
times since last Field Day. The menu, if you're interested, can be found at
http://www.hcra.org/menu.htm. Jim, NN1Y has it all under control and will be
cooking and serving lots of good stuff.

 

We do feel it is important not to disappoint any of our guests and to that
end it would be good if we had at least a 'guesstimate' of the number
attending. If you are planning on coming (but are not on the Field Day list
already) could you just do the following:

 

Simply respond to this letter with your name/call and a yes if you're going
to be there. If you could indicate which meal(s) you'll be enjoying that
would be a bonus! Having this information will be a big help to Jim's
planning.

 

I hope you're as excited as the rest of us. A full weekend of sun & fun,
radio & friends - pretty hard to beat don't you think?
