[HCRA] HRO Gift Certificates

Folks,

 

Over the years we have given out quite a few HRO gift certificates as prizes
at meetings, for Show & Tell and other contests. As of June 15th we had a
balance of $100 in un-redeemed gift certificates with HRO.

 

I'm sure these certificates are at least a year old, some maybe longer.
Since the certificates were purchased in my name (KK1W) and not HCRA we
decided to close them out and use the $100 towards the purchase of the Field
Day raffle prize.

 

If you are one of the holders of a non-redeemed gift certificate please send
it to either Dave/AA1YW or to the HCRA PO box address. Once we have your
original certificate in hand HCRA will send you a check for the amount of
the certificate. For your inconvenience you can now use your prize on
anything instead of just HRO.
