[HCRA] Massachusetts officially recognizes HCRA and Field Day

Hey, how cool is this?

 

Through the efforts of our Field Day Public Information Officer Marty,
W1MJB, HCRA has achieved official recognition.

 

Point your browser to: http://www.hcra.org/ and check them out. Even better
come to Field Day at the end of the month and see the actual documents. (we
may have to put them behind glass to protect them :>)

 

A proclamation from Governor Duval Patrick and a citation from the House.
Efforts like these raise awareness of amateur radio not only with the public
but with our elected officials too. I'm not sure but this may be a first for
HCRA.
