[HCRA] FW: prop prediction

For those of you who get the ARRL's Prop bulletin, which came out just a
few minutes ago, you might have noticed K7RA mention that FD weekend will
probably be the next short-term peak.
Call me crazy, but I don't make bad bets when it involves Yuengling!
