[HCRA] IARU HF contest this weekend

Howdy everyone,
  Just a reminder that the IARU HF World Championships are this weekend. 
Don't worry, you don't have to be a world champion to enter.  Look for
HQ stations (including NU1AW up the road at K1TTT) as well as WRTC
competitors.  This one is CW and SSB; exchange is signal report and ITU
zone (zone info available on the rules page).
