[HCRA] 10M open this morning

10 has been coming around almost every morning (along with 15).  There's a
lot of faint eu chatter, so everyone on that side is creeping up the band
-- lots of CW very high if you bother to listen up there.

Also, with the onslaught of eu on 40, people are starting to work WIDE
split again.

Condx are getting better.
