[HCRA] MUF rising through 21 MHz

15m open to South Africa. ZS6NJ loud on 21.310. Sunspots on the NW  
quadrant of the sun seem to be working nicely. Solar noise very high  
though seeming to lessen so I hope that means we are looking at 10 or  
12m openings in a few hours.
