[HCRA] BB's (Brown Baggers) Change of Venue

Hey gang,
 
I know most of the 'hard core' BBers know this but in case some of you on
the fringes haven't heard Brown Baggers regular meeting place (Rein's Deli)
has closed its doors.
 
This week, January 8th, BB's will be held at:
 
Dr. Deegan's Restaurant
510 Burnett Road
Chicopee, MA
 
Seasoned BB'ers will remember we used to meet here in the past. The group
has decided to try Deegan's once again and also discuss other potential
meeting places for future BB's. If you want to join us plan on arriving
around noon. It and can run until 1 to 2 PM depending on the size of the
crowd and who has to get back to work! Hopefully we will be pleasantly
surprised with the food, service and pricing but if not - that's what we're
meeting there for!

Don't forget about the first club meeting of the New Year. Also this Friday,
January 8th at the Feeding Hills Congregational Church. Our guest speaker
will be Rob Macedo, KD1CY. Rob will be talking about Skywarn, National
Weather and the interface between NWS and the amateur radio service.
 
We have some great raffle prizes for the evening, as well as coffee, donuts
and of course a great group of hams. Come on down, bring a friend and have
an enjoyable evening.
