[HCRA] 10 Meter test

It was great to hear all the folks on the 10 meter test tonight.  Sounds
like most could hear me and that participation from Northampton in the
Monday night 10 meter net might be successful.

I'm looking forward to hearing lots of you this weekend during the contest.
Remember we will be giving certificates to club members who participate.
More info can be found here:   http://hcra.org/tutorial.htm.  If any new or
rusty CW ops would like to have a SLOW CW sked at some point during the
contest, email me and we can setup a time.  That would take care of both
your "Contact with an HCRA Member" and "CW" Endorsements.

Make sure that when the contest is over and you are submitting your log to
put 'Hampden County Radio Assn'  in the club field and to email me your
score so we can post it on the website.  Any points will help the club
standing so even if you only make one contact, you're helping out!
