Is it even still available? I found two reviews on eHam from 2002
(http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/2511) , not very exhaustive ones at
that.

But I have to agree with Dave, a 3' tall antenna probably won't do a whole
heck of a lot.
Are you going to cobble one up and give us a report?
