[HCRA] Help with 10m Antenna

Hi Jon,

I concur with Rick's comments.  Give us a few details about how you have the 
10-meter antenna setup.  Also, on the repeaters, don't be afraid to make it 
clear that you are looking for a contact.  You can always ask if anyone is 
available to give you a radio check.  Sometime I think its too bad that 
calling CQ on a repeater is considered bad practice most places, as it often 
makes our desires clearer than just "listening"!
