Hello Eric - KB1JVI, 

I'll be going, If you're going out with the W. Mass "group", there is a car pool-convoy that heads out on race day (Monday, April 20, 2009). Several of the members head out from their towns and join up with the group en route. A number of the Hams meet in Palmer, Ma (as that seems to be a central point) then jump onto the pike there.Talk-in for the AM meet is usually is on the .94 machine, then switches to VHF simplex for the convoy out. 

You should have heard from Tom Doyle - N1MUV (n1muv at charter.net ) by now. If not, pop him an e-mail. He's the head wrangler for our group associated with the Pioneer Valley Red Cross team. He is in contact with Stephen C Schwarm - W3EVE who is the route coordinator for BAA 09.

Greetings everyone! 

Who is currently signed up to volunteer at the Boston Marathon? This is my first year helping out. Do we have a car pool going so we don't all take individual cars if we don't have to?
