[HCRA] Great FD2009 - thanks!

I would like to thank all the Field Day participants for a great job this
year. We had yet another great one, didn't we? Scores were good, stations
ran well, new operators got to try their hand at radio communications, the
food was excellent and everyone made it back home unscathed! Can't ask for
more than that, can we?

 

It is way to early to speculate on the score but my gut feeling is we did
close to last year's score. Not bad as last year was a very good year as
well.

 

We had good coverage on Channel 3 Saturday evening too, nice to get a media
hit.

 

As I get the log together I'm also updating the web site with participants.

Soapbox comments, and ideas for improvements are always appreciated as well,

I'll let the list know our preliminary score ASAP after I get all the logs
