[HCRA] Preliminary Field Day Scores

Although it's not a contest I know everyone is interested in 'how well we
did' at Field Day 2009.

 

Preliminary scores are posted at: http://www.hcra.org/fd_2009.htm so take a
look. I'm still waiting for the 20M and 40M SSB logs (John, Mike???). When
they show up I'm estimating a score of slightly over 10,000 points. Not
quite up to last year's but nothing to be ashamed of, that's for sure!
Propagation was not as good as expected and we didn't have a GOTA station
this year. The CW stations did very well but the phone stations have a bit
of catching up to get back to last year's performance.

 

Of course the food was good, but that's not on the 'official' scoresheet!

 

Keep checking back to the web page, I'll update it regularly as new data
come in.

 

Please take a look at the roster at the bottom of the page. If you, or
someone you know, was at Field Day but you're not on the list please drop me
an email, either directly or to the list, so I can be sure everyone gets
listed correctly.
