[HCRA] Certificates for 10 Meter contest

OK all you fellow hams; the contest is over, the tubes are cooling off and it is time to get those scores in.  It was fun, it was great, and for some it was not so bad score wise.  I did better than last year but not as good as the year before.  Next year I might consider running high power - - - - Not!  Like as last year,  I will make up certificates ONLY for those who are members and whose score is up on the HCRA web page on December 31, 2009.  Then the certificates  will be handed out at the first and second meeting (Jan and Feb) of the year.

Since all of my layout and design is lost on my old work computer, It will be a totally new design.  Haven't got the foggiest at this moment as the only thing I can think of is a train motif - weird eh!
