TNX Steve. I'll take another look at the back of the rig later to digest
your comments. I guess I was just ruminating.

I'm reading about a memristor, which they are calling the fourth fundamental
circuit element, which has recently joined the resister, capacitor and
inductor. The memristor has the unusual ability to remember the last resistance
it held, even when the power turned off. Memristors hold up to 100 gigabits
per square centimeter. They say eventualy these will provide instant-on
computers. After 30 years as a theory, scientists designed the first one this
year. They say 5 years from now memristors could help eliminate the bootup
process.

Tomorrow, I help K1MGM teach kids at our KB1LPL School Club Station at
Talcott Mountain Science Ctr. I want to show them the lunchbox and them talk
about the memristor. This combination is similar to telling them about the Ford
Model-T antique that I saw last week, which had a screwdriver mobile antenna
on the back.

                    73 de Don, K1IN
