[HCRA] 80's open

Working split low on 80 -- lots of good stuff down there right now.  Not 
that anyone around here is awake, but 80 has been open late recently (on 
the weekend's, when the DX is awake).  160 has been decent as well; 
worth a listen.  Anyway, figured I would drop a head's up.  Happy 
DX...see you on 15 in a few hours...
