[HCRA] N1KXR/B is on the air!

Greetings all,

As of 21:00 hours EST on Saturday, November 22, 2008, the N1KXR/B Ten Meter Radio Propagation Beacon went on the air! 
Plans are for this to remain operational 24/7/365 with the exception for upgrades in the near future.  
The beacon can be tuned in on the frequency of 28.380, it transmits in CW mode at 15 WPM.
