[HCRA] HCRA Holiday Party

Hi folks!

I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to talk about our Holiday
Party. As I'm sure you're aware we have really stepped outside of the box
this year and decided to hold the party at the Steaming Tender Restaurant in
Palmer rather than the usual meeting hall at the church. Better food, more
room, a great setting and still the company of all your friends at HCRA -
what could be better? You can see the entire menu at http://www.hcra.org.
Three choices and they all look good!

Of course a change like this requires a bit more planning to make the party
a success. Every member will have received an invitation postcard by this
Friday as a reminder about the party. I would be helpful if you are planning
on attending to notify John, Kx1x, as soon as possible and get your check in
the mail. Email would probably be best to: mailto:kx1x at arrl.net. It is
necessary to notify the restaurant with the number of people attending and
their choice of entrée. John has taken on the task of getting all the
information together and he really needs your help to make it happen.
