[HCRA] FD Scores! HCRA places 1st in WMA and 7A!!!

Look at W7DK! 126 participants and 75 less Q's. Or W4GR with double
our numbers and about half the Q's. Might be interesting to go back and
see what the statistics for each call district were in terms of total
Q's averaged.
