[HCRA] node down this afternoon

The AR-Cluster node will be down for a few hours this afternoon after a 
power outage (the router needs to be reconfigured).  It should be back 
up by 3:00, hopefully on a more sustainable power source.  Sorry for the 
inconvenience - I know quite a few of you were connected when it dropped 
out.
